Returns, Exchanges and Issue.

Your statutory rights are our primary focus if you feel unhappy with your product.

Section 1:

The companies return policy lasts for 30 days. If the 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot process the refund. We however will still honor an exchange of a product if you are unhappy with your own , providing that the product must be unused and undamaged. In an event of a refund or exchange , the customer will cover the costs of the return shipping back to the company with a proof of shipping and a tracking number

Section 2:

Goods such as intimate or sanitary goods , and or personally customizable goods cannot be refunded. 

 

Section 3:

In an event that a product received is damaged , faulty or does not serve it's purpose as described. The company will issue a full refund to the customer and will also cover any cost of shipping, as long as the purchase was made within the 30 day company policy (see section 1)

Cancellation orders
 

In an event that you want to cancel you want to cancel your order, we will need a confirmation email sent to info@northwalesurfshop.com

This must be within the period of 14 days of your purchase. Once this is done, we will send confirmation that this cancellation request has been received. 

If the purchased product / products have already been received , these will need to be returned within a 14 day period, the customer will be responsible for the shipment costs back to the company.  A proof of shipping with a tracking number will also be required when returning a product / products.
